Solved Cant login to 3cx cloud

    Hello,

    We cant seem to login to our 3cx cloud pabx. The url is xxxx.3cx.co.nz. All our phones are down. When we try to login the error is

    WARNINGS.SERVER_ERROR

    WARNINGS.WEB_SERVER_NOT_RESPONDING

    We were doing some changes to international outbound rules yesterday and all seems to work ok. However the system has been down all of today. Any ideas ?

    Hi @Jiveman ,

    Was your instance created using the PBX Express and hosted under the 3CX Trial Account?

    Yes that is correct. We want to evaluate the product before we do a full scale migration

    Hi again,

    As per the note on the PBX Express wizard, instances created under the 3CX Trial Account are valid for 29 days only.

    I assume that is the reason you cannot access your cloud machine.

    (If the 29 days did not pass and you cannot access the PBX then we should troubleshoot.)

    Yes it would be about that time. We will now look at buying the licensed version.
