Can't make any calls

    My 3CX system shows the VOIP line & extension as registered, but I can't make calls either internally or externally - everything comes up as a 403 error/busy.

    The log shows things like: Incoming call rejected, caller is unknown; msg=SipReq: INVITE 888@sip.xxxx.com tid=7ffcff1403d29ba2 cseq=INVITE contact=123@192.168.0.106:5060 / 12183 from(wire)

    [CM302001]: Authorization system can not identify source of: SipReq: INVITE 888@sip.xxxx.com tid=f583f6fcdc59df24 cseq=INVITE contact=123@192.168.0.106:5060 / 7997 from(wire)

    I have obviously made a basic setup mistake, but I don't know what it is!

    Hi,

    Maybe you should consider a commercial version with tech support. Then you will get assistance in setting up 3Cx and this will save you time getting all up and running.
