    Hi
I have had this a issue with call in/out issue on the 3CX system. I thought initially it was the PC (Pentium4) then asked cust. to provide a recommend version i3 pc but still experience the issue till I reboot the pc. All comes up fine and can call in/out. This happened just once but kept happening with old pc. The site is in Harrogate and hoping to fix it asap.
    Can't anyone help please?

What did the 3CX server log show for the call that failed?

That is what will tell you why the call did not go though.

Did a second attempt, after any of the failures , complete properly?

    Hi MN,

You can run the firewall checker from within the Console to ensure all appropriate ports are open. Moreover, if you are using remote extensions (STUN), you may navigate to the provisioning tab of the extension, and ensure that the particular ports are also open. You can also confirm that there is no Antivirus /Anti-malware Interference with the system.

What OS are you using, what firewall do you have on site and most importantly what are you seeing in the logs.
