can't make outbound call

    i press zero to dial out but i could not, and my voip provider has setting for outbound sip proxy(ip), but i don't know where should i enter this in 3CX setting, anyone can help me with this
    i can receive a call ok

    i've just download the latest version, it's all working now great product. now i need to get the digital receptionist working, at the moment it does not pick up the line even when i set the timeout for 2seconds
