Can't make outbound calls on iOS App

    New to 3CX and already shocked by their support so turning to forums for support.

    We have 3CX hosted in cloud (OVH, their recommendation).

    The iOS app shows the extension registers fine and is able to make and receive calls from and to other extensions.

    However whenever I try to make outbound calls, it just says "not found" and call drops.

    It could be an obvious tick somewhere that says "allow outbound calls from mobile devices/apps" or something but I can't find it.

    Any help would be great.

    We haven't deployed the iOS or Android client just yet so want to make sure it actually works to save embarrassment in front of customer.

    iOS app is on iPhone 6s running ios 10.3.2

    Can you make outbound calls from an IP phone or a 3CX client for windows? Have you checked the activity log of the PBX? Who is sending the Not Found message?
