can't receive incoming calls

    Hi guys,

    I'm not sure this is a 3cx issue, but I'm a little stuck. I am using sipgate as a sip provider, I can make outbound calls ok, the firewall test passes ok.

    However when i try inbound calls it doesn't work. If I log onto sipgate it says my "device" is offline. This isn't true as I can dial out perfectly.

    Any help on how to fix this would be massively appreciated it's driving me nuts...

    Edit the voip provider information, you probably need to check the box for registration is required for inbound calls.
