Can't see IP address

    G'day,

    Question for the community.

    Simple setup, but can't seem to provision a CISCO SPA5088G.

    Setup:

    1. Cable modem connected to a Linksys WRT3GN
    2. Port one from the Linksys device to my laptop
    3. Port two from the Linksys device to my CISCO ipPhone
    4. Can't see the IP address for the CISCO device in 3CX during the provisioing stage
    5. Both the 3XC server and CISCO phone have a static IP address

    What gives?

    Not 100% sure what you mean here.

    So your phone is remote from your 3cx server or on the same network?
