Can't Select Upgrade

    Can someone explain when and where I can click the little box on the "Service Packs/Update" screen?

    My pointer never turns into a hand....

    I've tried this from...
    - A normal workstation
    - a Remote Desktop Session logged into the server and then linked to the Management Console
    - the actual server console

    None allow me to select the update....

    Your reply can start with "you blundering fool..." 'cause I know it's something simple....

    Don't know about your clicking, but note you have to do service pack upgrades logged in to the actual server where the software is installed and accessing the admin console via the start menu (not via a web page). It won't work via web access to the admin system.

    Does that help?

    Yes....

    I had to do a double take on the 2 different versions of Management Console.....

    Thanks for helping this twit out... :shock:

    Not a problem. We just went live July 4th weekend, so are still learning as well!
