    Hi,

When trying to set up the 3CX app for iOS (iPhone 6 Plus, iOS10, 3CX: v15.2.2.103), I try sending the Welcome Message from 3CX Management Console (V12), I get a message saying 'An exception occurred Error: the remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.'

I'm out of ideas. Any suggestions?

your SMTP server in TLS presents an cert which is unknown to your trusted cert store (windows or linux), hense the connection can not be trusted and we drop the connection. Now you have two options:

    a) disable TLS, not so nice but simple
    b) get your hand on the ssl cert your smtp server uses, export it and import it on the pbx host as trusted root cert.
