can't talking when the call Connected

    i setup an 3cx phone system on 1 LAN but can't talking when the call Connected

    Can be a few things:

    - you are speechless.
    - Firewall/virus software on the server, but I assume you do not have that as you only got one LAN so Firewall might not be an issue.
    - Codecs, make sure that the phones have the correct codecs enabled.
    - Try to bind the extension to the media server.


    Question:
    - Do the phones register?
    - Can you hear the called party, but they cannot hear you? (or the other way arround).

    yes. if 100 call to 101 so user 100 can hear 101 takl but user 101 can't hear 100 takl

    That could be a routing issue.

    Can you post a log or something like that, what is in the server log?

    Try to access the voice mail (999) from both phones. Do you hear the announcements on both?

    are both phones on the same IP range?
