Can't Transfer Calls with PAP2T..?

    Hi,

    We have had 3CX installed for just over a day and are having a few teething problems....

    We can not transfer calls from the analogue extensions connected to the PAP2T's.... :x

    Does anyone know if there is any config that needs to be done?

    Press the "Recall button" followed by the extension number and then #

    Have already tried that ....

    You hear a click but the call is still there..!

    Garry,

    There are always three participants.
    Could you please provide information about all of them as well as PBX configuration for these extensions and description of call scenario.
    By the way, PBX logs lay in <3cxphonesystem>\Data\Logs folder. Their names are 3CXPhoneSystem.log and 3CXPhoneSystem.trace.log (3CXMediaServer.trace.log can provide information about one-way audio)

    It could help us to provide you useful information and find issue in PBX implementation.

    it is really interesting what is going wrong.

    Fixed...

    It was the handsets we were using with the PSP2T's....

    Something funny with the version of the firmware on the phone...most were less than a year old too.

    New phones work fine :)
