    I have the following case.
2 extensions and one FXO port.

In the company we have departments, the department has to have two people (two extensions (10 and 11)), and one phone (fxo). Then the two people meet on the same phone.

So I created another extension (30), where I connect the phone (fxo).

Because then I have two branches, when the customer calls he can call the department or extension:
If he calls the extension (10 for example) have to touch the phone (fxo), no answer, busy or something else goes, redirect to voicemail extension 10.
    Same thing at extension 11.
With this the customer can leave a message for the right person (extension).

Now if the person calls and select the department (30 for example) have to call the extension 30 and if no answer, busy or something else goes, must go to voicemail extension 30 (ie, an email will be sent to where two people have access).

So did the following, I put the phone to redirect to the extensions 10 and 11 and the second cellular extensions put the extension 30.

I did the test I called the department, worked perfectly.
I called the extension 10 worked, but when the extension 30 does not answer, he redirects the voicemail extension and not extension 30 10.

    That's the problem.

    How can I fix this?

Wow...OK, i think I think I have an idea of what you are asking. First off, I'm not sure why you only have one FXS (FXO is a port that plugs into a working telephone line) for two extensions?

I thinks further down, you are asking why a call that first goes to extension 30, then off to another extension, eventually ends up at extensions voicemail if left unanswered at the other extensions? is that correct? If so, it would be because the call was originally intended for the person at the original extension, so that persons mailbox gets the callers massage.
