Cause: 480 Temporarily Unavailable/INVITE from

    The internal phone system works fine, but all my outgoing calls return the following
    Cause: 480 Temporarily Unavailable/INVITE from
    it used to work and I checked my VoIP lines are properly registered....

    Is this happening on all numbers dialled?

    It may be worth speaking to your provider if it used to work and you have confirmed that you are sending the correct digits.

    Important is the IP after this line: INVITE from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
    If this is the IP of your provider, then give him a call. Is it a pstn gateway then check your pstn connection is it the pbx ip there, then you need to dig further into the logs...
