CDR + Client/active Socket Problem

    Hello,
    I'm using "Client/active Socket" for retrieving CDRs. Unfortunately it seems there are stability issues with Socket implementation! :-/
    On March I got 391 Outbound Calls over a specific Trunk but only 379 were transmitted to Socket Server.
    It seems to sometimes open a new Socket Connection - leaving the old one opened (netstat showing dozens of open Socket Connections) - and excactly when the new Connection is created - this CDR is lost ... the next transmitted CDR is logged again ....

    Did some Research on one of those lost calls:
    3CX:
    start_time: 2016-03-07 08:01:19
    end_time: 2016-03-07 08:01:28

    CDR Socket Server:
    07.03.2016 08:01:46 New connection! (9531)

    So - shortly after this Call the 3CX connected with a new Socket to the Socket Server.

    Any ideas on this? Maybe first check if Socket is up/working - then sending Data to it? Reusing already opened Socket Conection?
