CDR Data Problem V14 to V15.5 Upgrade

    A colleague has upgraded a site from V14 to V15.5 and for some reason the CDR data failed to be carried across.
    As a workaround we have copied the V14 CDR data file into C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Logs|CDRLogs on a working version of V14 with the old site backup loaded on but it refuses to generate reports from it, no email is being received.
    Is there something else we need to change to get it to work or are we going down a blind alley.

    3CX internal reports are generated from data in the PostgrSQL database, not from CDR files.
