CDR dates an hour behind

    Hello,

    So I am currently working on integrating our 3CX system with freshdesk and using our 3CX system as the full time phone service for all of our sales and cs calls.

    As part of this I need to periodically download all of the CDR data and insert it into a database.

    I have built the program to do this but currently struggling with the times in the CDR data.

    All of the times in the CDR data are an hour behind.

    All settings in our 3CX system are set to BST but the CDR data seems to be UTC, does anyone know how or where I can change this??

    Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    all data inside of 3CX is saved in UTC and then rendered to the user once a report is been called. As you work with raw data, you must calc the offset in your application.

    Brilliant, thanks for your help, didnt' want to add the time in my app and then something suddenly changes in our system. Will get that done!
