CDR - DDI outband

    ur clients need call reports with the outbound TRUNK and DDI, but this option is currently not available in 3CX.

    With the CDR you can only get information from the outgoing TRUNK but not the DDI.

    We need some way to provide this option to customers.

    I'm not sure what you are asking for. On one hand you are referring to the outbound trunk, and on the other you are asking for the Direct Dialing In (or Direct Inward Dial number here in the States). So, are we talking about inbound or outbound calls? If you need to know the trunk number for outbound calls, please refer to this thread:

    We need to Know the DDI sended to the provider in the outband calls. In 3CX you can choose in each extension the DDI of outband calls. For example, We have a trunk with 10 DDI's. I know that is possible in CDR knows the ID of the TRUNK, but no the DDI (DDO).

    Ah, you need the outbound caller ID number used. How are you assigning your outbound caller ID? Are you doing it by extension or by trunk?

    By extension. In 3CX is not possible assign in a outband rule (other function that is so interested for us and is in progress from long time)
