In 3CX V11m is it possible to run Inbound Call Detail Analyses based on the public number called ?
The web-reports for inbound calls are all based on extension, ring-groups, agents etc.
When checking the Call Detail file, I can see that the public number called is listed, but the default web-reports do not support any analysed for it. Any idea how we can achieve this ?
Basically we like to have a report on how many calls per public number arrived per day/week etc.
