Central Call Recording

    we're reviewing the use of our 3CX system, quick question...

    is there a central recording options, under our freepbx solution all calls inbound and outbound are recorded, on the PBX

    the only option i've found is to record the calls locally within the 3CX voip phone app

    Hi. The free edition of 3CX phone system does not support Call Recording, however if you purchase a licence then you will be able to record all calls, all recordings are stored on the server and once enabled all calls in / out are automatically recorded.
