Central Voicemail Box

    It would be nice if 3cx allows a single voicemail box to be created and apply them to multiple extension. Thus all those extensions share the same voicemail box and can check it on the phone/email.

    We have a call center that uses dual voicemail boxes.
    Every agent phone can handle 2 lines. Every agent has their own phone number but they are also part of a ring group. If a call comes into the ring group that ends up being shunted to voice mail (for various reasons) any agent can press the voicemail button to instant access their own line voicemail, and immediately press # to access the voicemail extension that was setup for the Ring Group. Enter in the pass code and they have instant access to the ring group voicemail.
    We also use Office 365 Premium and have the Ring Group Voicemail setup as a 'Shared' email box so that any voicemail is automatically seen as a .wav file in the Shared email group for all agents.
    Using Office 365 Premium, 3CXv14SP3, Yealink 48G phones.
