Change of IP

    We Re-IP'd our 3cx server a few weeks ago and everything seems to be working correctly. All physical phones are fine and provisioned via the server. There is an issue with the softphone though. When I send the welcome email out the config file contains the old IP address of the server. If I browse to C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\%folder%\TcxProvFiles I can see all the XML files there and can edit them individually with the new ip, but when sending the welcome email again the IP reverts back.
    Is this IP stored in a DB somewhere which I can edit? Or in some hidden menu option?
    I can edit the xml file manually, save it as a 3xcconfig file and email it separately but this is far from ideal.

    Did you check in Advanced Settings/Custom parameters ?

    MSEXTERNALADDRESS Public IP to specify in Contact and SDP for external entities
    PBXPUBLICIP The public Ip/domain of the PBX
