The FileName property of the Record component is an expression, so you need to enter it as a Javascript constant string. Back slashes need to be escaped, because are special characters in a javascript string. So you should enter (with the single quotes):
    'C:\\IVRS Records\\test'

Give it a try and let me know.

    Thanks,

Have you tried mapping the NAS to a drive letter? For example, map it to Z: and then try to save it to Z:\...

Ricky, this component will let you move a file from the VAD to any location that the app-pool user has access to.

    http://www.utahvoipstore.com/products/186-move-or-copy-a-file-to-anywhere-on-the-server-or-network-in-a-3cx-ivr.aspx

It will be free if you use coupon code "bloo"

The problem could be related to permissions. When you go to that folder in Windows, you're running the Windows Explorer with your user. But the VAD application runs under the web server (Abyss or IIS), so the app pool user is the one that needs the permissions.

Try changing the permissions for that user, or allow access to everyone.
