I can't seem to figure out where the %%WEBCLIENTURL%% vairable is populated. I figured that I'd see it in the parameters, but it doesn't show up in 15.5.5. Clients are getting the internal IP address in their Welcome emails, but b/c the system is hosted, they need to use the FQDN.

The code in the email template is below:

%%IF_TWO_LINKS_START%%Go to %%WEBCLIENTURL%% if in the office or
%%WEBCLIENTURLPUBLIC%% when out of the office%%IF_TWO_LINKS_END%%%%IF_ONE_LINK_START%%Go to %%WEBCLIENTURL%%%%IF_ONE_LINK_END%%

Login using %%EXTNUMBER%%

With password %%SERVICES_ACCESS_PASSWORD%%

    Thanks!

    Randall

    Hello @Randall

The welcome email should contain the public FQDN by default as well as shown in the template
so no manual change is needed.

The email tells the client to click a link if in the office which is the local IP of the PBX, not the FQDN. Problem is that the PBX is hosted so the local IP is unreachable from the client's LAN. I ended up deleting that entire line from the Welcome email, but it would be nice if one didn't have to alter the template in order to avoid confusion for the client.
