This is probably an easy question, but I'm having difficulty finding an answer in the forums or the documentation. I have an extension that is going to be Softphone ONLY and having difficulty changing it from CTI mode to SIP Mode. I changed the default on the 3CX phone tab in the settings to be SIP by default and re-downloaded the config from the welcome e-mail, but it seems to be stuck in CTI mode. Can someone guide in the right direction to get it changed from CTI to SIP? Thanks for any help in advance!!
