Changing from CTI to SIP Mode??

    This is probably an easy question, but I'm having difficulty finding an answer in the forums or the documentation. I have an extension that is going to be Softphone ONLY and having difficulty changing it from CTI mode to SIP Mode. I changed the default on the 3CX phone tab in the settings to be SIP by default and re-downloaded the config from the welcome e-mail, but it seems to be stuck in CTI mode.
    Can someone guide in the right direction to get it changed from CTI to SIP?

    Hello there and thank you for contacting us.

    In the 3CX Phone for Windows you can change by pressing the headset/telephone icon and then if you are in CTI Mode you can click on 3CX Mode.
