    Hello,

Does anyone know if you can access chat transcripts on the server or client level for printing?

    Hello,

In V15 you can enable chat logging from the dashboard >>Chat logs. Once enabled and a chat is being initiated then a new tab called Chat Logs will appear on the left panel over settings. From there you can export the chat conversations

We are currently running the free version for evaluation, is this feature available for testing? Also can chat groups be established so that a group of users can be notified as a whole?

    Thank you.

Yes chat is available in the PBX edition key as seen here http://www.3cx.com/phone-system/edition-comparison/
You can start a conversation with multiple participants. Just click on the chat icon on the 3CX client select compose and select the participants

Could you please implement chat function against the group, rather then selecting each participant? Shift selector would be one solution, right click onto group name -> chat might be better.

    Thank you
