Check the operation of 550 Jabra Dial

    Hi there

    We verified the "Jabra Dial 550" currently.
    Call is no problem, but in cooperation with 3CX client does not work dial pad.

    Off-hook and on-hook does not work with Jabra.

    OS is Windows8.

    Do you have any work experience someone?

    Hello there and thank you for contacting us.

    Kindly note that Jabra devices are unsupported by 3CX, but you can try assigning the Jabra device as the default audio and microphone device in the 3CX Phone and the windows.
