    This would be extremely usefull for companies who have internal helpdesk staff, or other internal departments for larger companies, the employees could just select the "Helpdesk" group/queue, and the call would be internal, no need to route it back and fourth since they wouldnt need to dial the external DID. Thus using up a trunk channel in the process, and trunk minutes as well.
