Checking open ports

    Hello, we have configured the NAT rules in our firewall but when we use a port checker (https://portchecker.co/check) it shows that port 5090 is closed. We didn't change this port 5090 in 3CX so we expect 3CX to respond. But it isn't. Or is this a firewall problem?

    Hello @heusd045

    Does the 3CX firewall pass the check? Have you configured port 5090 for both TCP and UDP?

    The 3CX firewall passes the check and port 5090 is configered both for TCP and UDP

    Are all your services running? Have you tried connecting a 3CX client remotely using the tunnel? Does that work?

    I am going to contact the manufacturer of our firewall because everything in 3CX looks correct.
