Our company has 3 distinct business units and about 20 unique extensions / employees. There is overlap between business units and job responsibilities, so each extension needs to have the ability to choose which Outbound Caller ID / Trunk to use on a given outbound call. Is there a way to do this? Setting the Outbound Caller ID by Extension would require me to make 3 unique extensions for each employee. That seems unnecessarily complicated. Is there a more straightforward way to do this?
