On other phone systems I have been able to add a prefix to the Caller ID name. For example if a call comes in from the sales line, I can add "Sales:" to the Caller ID Name so the phone would show "Sales: Don Johnson" so the user would know that the call is coming from the sales line. I have not been able to find a way to do this in 3CX. Is it possible? Where is the setting for this? Thanks. L.
