the CID is only showing the phone number and not the name
Caller Name is typically set by your provider. Have you spoken to them on this matter?
it's incomming calls. outgoing is fine. i figured out how to change that.
You have to have caller ID name service from your provider.
I got the line from you. I thought it would come with it.
No, most SIP providers (including us) do not provide Caller ID Name services by default. The reason is that there is actually a charge every time the CNAME database is queried. If you would like that added to your account, please open a ticket and we will contact you with the information.
