CID to VM on V15

    Hi ali,

    In V14 before upgrading to V15 I was able to set an inbound that when the CID was from my mobile to go direct to VM extension 666.

    I had to edit this rule in v15 and suddenly I cannot forward the call straight to VM as done before.

    Was this feature removed from v15? I can only select extensions from a dropdown menu and the system ones are not appearing.

    Any clues?

    Hello @daktur

    You will find the voicemail extension listed under extensions. Make sure you are using a supported browser like google chrome.
