Cisco 504G DND

    I have a Cisco SPA504G phone fully provisioned by 3CX (V9 SP4) - I cannot get the DND key to tell the 3CX system that the phone is on DND so other user can see the status. When this key pressed the status of the extention in the Assistant does not change. The status does change when I manually dial *61 - but I am trying to make these phones user friendy.

    PS. Under Regional I have set the DND Act and Deact Code to be *61 and *60.
    PPS. Software Version 7.4.6 & Hardware Version 1.0.0

    What 3CX lacks is a DND Toggle that can be programmed via speed dial on various phones. I am hoping for this in a future release.

    Solution: sold all our Cisco phones and purchased YeaLink devices. They seem much better at handling 3CX DND.
