Hello readers I have just updated from 12.5 to 14 and have serious problems with one extension that runs on a Cisco 525G. 1. It does not register itself anymore. The error I see on the phone interface (Info -> Ext. Status -> Registration State) is: No response Updated to the latest Firmware 7.6.1, even did Factory Reset. The phone just does not register or provision anymore. Haven't got this problem with the Snom or Cisco 504G. 2. Looking in the 3CX Server Manager under "Phones", that particular extension suddenly has a "shadow phone" with the same number called "3CX Push Service", the IP it's running on is 127.0.0.1 (localhost). Don't understand what this should be but maybe a reason for the problem. BTW: Went back to 12.5. and all was fine again. The phone registered and provisioned as it should. Any ideas?
