Cisco 7940 - missed call on queue call

    Hi Guys,

    i am aware that the cisco 7940 is u unsupported handset however we have close to 45 of these device and have setup 3cx to work flawlessly however from 1 hiccup.

    when there are multiple extensions in one queue and someone answers the call the call the rest of the phones show 1 missed call

    is there anyway to fix this or disable missed calls

    Thanks for taking the time to help me

    i have had a read of the link however it advised version 7.4.7 fixed the issue and the handsets i have run 8.0 already

    however i think your on the right track
