    Hello
    I need some help... I'm switching over from asterisk( all phones were registered and working fine) to 3CX, I'm having some isuues:

    I have 2 cisco 7940G that currently registered but can not received call only make call and the softphones working fine received and make call, I can not fine any help google about this issue I hope someone can help me
