Cisco 7941/7961 unregistering

    I have set up 3cx server with cisco 7941 and 7961.

    The phones keep unregistering themselves, and register themselves after some period of time.
    During unregistered time I can make outgoing calls but can't accept incoming call.

    Is there something I'm missing in configuration of Cisco SEP*.xml files or 3cx server?
    I'm running 3cx on hyper-v machine, win2008r2 standard, adv firewall off.

    Please help, I'm a noob

    EDIT: Figured it out. It seems 3cx is expecting some sort of keep alive from the phone every 30mins.
    My SEP.cnf.xml was set with <timerRegisterExpires>3600</timerRegisterExpires> which is every 60mins.

    I have set it to every 1200 seconds = 20mins
