Cisco 7941 gives "Reorder" or busy signal when trying to use CfwdAll softkey.

    The Cisco 7941 gives my the busy signal or reorder tone when trying to forward all calls using the softkey. This feature works perfect on the 7940s, but the 7941 has been giving me issues. It is straight from the template. No modifications.

    Looking the 3CX Activity log, you should be able to determine if this is this reaching the PBX, or is something internal to the set (internal dial-plan?). It may help to figure out what is happening.

    No. Nothing is going through to the activity log. The phone that works properly doesn't show anything in the activity log. The phone's SOFTKEY is was is giving this problem. Just this one specific model.
