cISCO pHONES

    HI i have cisco phones 7912g and 7960,, with sip image

    i can register them and i can call between extensions eg. 100 to 101
    but i cant enter to voice mail and i cant hear music on hold, i cant enter to digital recepcionist,,

    any body can help me

    Hi,

    Can you check in the services control panel if the voice mail and ivr services are running? If yes, can you clear the server status log, make a call and then try to connect to voice mail and copy and paste it into a post so we see what is happening? Also let us know what OS you are running 3Cx on.
