Cisco SPA ringtones

    Hi

    We are running the latest version of 3cx and have upgraded all the firmware on our Cisco phones.

    However, when we set the ringtone on the phone using the phone setup (option 4) it always reverts back to the bell tone irrespective of our choice. This is the case on all the phones in the office.

    Is this something we are configuring incorrectly, should we be doing this through the 3cx website or directly on the phone.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.
