Cisco SPA112-Having Problems calling in

    I have multiple clients with Cisco SPA112s that connect to a OVH VPS that has 3CX 15 on it. I can connect the ATAs no problem on port 5160. The problem we are having is that they can call out no problem but when people call in I get an error of :

    08/29/2017 3:32:39 PM - Call to T:RingAll:9000@[Dev:sip:1001@] from L:46.1[Line:10000<<+14194946195] failed, cause: Cause: 408 Request Timeout/INVITE from local

    I am guessing that it is because the ATAs register their local IP addresss instead of their public. Does anyone know how to make the ATAs register with their public IP?
