    We currently have a Cisco SPA252G phone and would like configure it for the following.

    First Line - Regular registration - (this works fine)
    Line 2 to Line 5 - BLF plus Call Pickup for particular extensions.

    Under the phone tab, here is a sample configuration for the Second Line, 2005:
    fnc=blf+sd+cp;sub=2005@192.168.1.12;ext=2005;nme=2005

    The BLF and speed dial work flawlessly. There is an issue with call pickup.

    Does anyone have suggestions on how to use call pickup on the Cisco SPA252G?

    I dont have one of these phones but can you configure the button to use the dial code for call pickup? *20*<extension number>

    Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

    I don't know about the 252's but I've got the 962, and here is my string...

    fnc=blf+sd+cp;sub=301@10.10.1.200;ext=301@10.10.1.200

    Please note that you need to set the call pickup code to *20*# or just *20*, I can't remember, and I had to specify the Asterisk server type instead of RFC3265_4235

    Let me know what happens
