Cisco SPA500 Series Ringtones

    Hi,

    I have a customer with about 50 Cisco SPA 500 series phones and they are working great however, when a call is placed between two extensions it ring using the ringtone that is set in the phones configuration. But when a call is incoming from their T1 it rings using a different ringtone. Is there a way to have both call use the same ringtone? (We have set the ringtone to Office)

    I have looked at that article but it did not solve our problems.
