Cisco SPA504G and Skype Gateway

    I've setup the 3CX system (v9) using the skype gateway and I've had no problems using the softphone to make calls. I recently got two SPA504G phones to test and I can make calls to/from internal extensions with no problems.

    I can make external calls too and it works up to a point. If I have to press a keypad key, it does not behave as expected. Example - I call a local number and I'm greeted with a voicemail prompt "press 2 for sales". When I press the keypad "2" it beeps, but does not initiate the tone on the other end - nothing happens. I've pressed multiple buttons, even for extended time, yet it does not work. The soft phone works fine.
