Cisco spa504g missed calls from queue

    Does anyone know how to remove missed calls that come from a call queue automaticly if they are answered from another extension?

    IE call comes into ring group sales which rings 801,802,and 803 802 answers the call, the way it works right now 801 and 803 all show missed calls. I want it not to show a missed call if it is picked up by another extension if it is possible.

    this is one of the big down point of Cisco SPA.
    They dont understand "SIP:Reason - Call Queue" or Pick up elswhere...
    So when you go for Cisco you have to live with this.
    RG show the same...
