Hello,

I'm sorry, I'm just getting started with 3CX, and I'm trying to configure a Cisco SPA509G phone, I got all steps as provided and everything was looking good, I can receive calls but when try to place a call even on local extensions I got this message "Forbidden" with an sound!!!

Please can somebody make me light on this problem?

Tanks

Hi,

You can receive external calls?
Did you use auto provisioning to register the phones?

What is your version of 3CX?
Payed version?

Maybe RFM  8)
What did you do to get more info? 8|

Here you got some info for starters.

Goodluck with it.

Hi, thanks for stopping by.
Yes I can receive external and internal calls.
Yes I did use auto provisioning to register the phones.
My 3CX Version is V. 11 SP4 Build 28976, I received an activation key from 3CX as a partner group program!
I’ve already configured the system with the Thomson ST2030 model and it worked ok so far, no BLF but no problem with the calls transfers…
With CISCO SPA409G everything look ok just can’t make any call, and by the way from 3CX the BLF don’t follow the right order on the phone, but for instance it’s not the big deal!!!
What I need it’s to make it work until Friday

My 3CX System it’s working on a Window Server SBS 2003, I’ve provisioned the phones with the 66 option, and the SIP port is 5062 due to my router a Fritz!Box 7390.

Hope you may see a light on this, thanks a lot.

Thanks for the links

By the way, the extension works fine, if I try to place a call by the softphone client “MyPhone” on the PC it place the call using the phone the SPA509G with no problem at all!!!???

Can you upload the Server activity log and Server event log after trying to make a internal call.
First you need to fix internal calls on the SPA509G

OK,

Here’s the Server activity log, but I don’t know how to export the Server events log, I’m sorry!?

Sorry I'm really new on tis!

RFM, is that request for mediator?

Thanks, sorry

Did you set the firewall and the 3CX system up according to the following blog post?

http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/avm-fritzbox-firewall-voip/

Did you run the firewall checker?

Nevermind about that RFM.
First try what Ineblett says.
Run the firewall checker and see what it says.

Ok,

I’m running the firewall checker at the time.
For the rest of the config I’ve already done it before, the system is up and running with the THOMSON ST2030 Phones, the problem is I can’t set up any outgoing call on the CISCO SPA509G! :(

I'm seeing a number of "interesting" lines in the log you provided. Can you provide more information on the IP's of the set(s) involved. Everything is on a local LAN? Because I'm seeing this...30-juil.-2013 14:34:33.263 Got REGISTER for foreign registrar: registrar host <sip:mad:192.168.16.2:5060> is not mine!

you indicated that 192.168.16.228 belongs to ext 12, but this does not appear to be the case according to the above.

Sorry, 192.168.16.28

a couple of things-

make sure the extension is authorized - check the extension's other page and ensure the extension is not disabled.
you seem to be using 99 as the end test extension, is this not your vmail? try *77 echo test instead.
who is this?
