Cisco SPA509G not handling shared parking properly

    We haev a few SPA509G phones which have feature buttons on them, we have them set in 3CX to be Shared Parking for park 1,2,3 and 4. These phones are used in Reception for call queues, we park inbound calls and get the staff to pick them up.

    It is not working properly though. We can park a call fine, but if we try to get the parked call back to the Cisco, the Cisco phone appears to be on a call to (say) SP1 and queue calls no longer present to those phones. We can only get back to working by "disconnecting" the calll within 3CX console.

    Is this a bug with these phones, and is there anythign I can do to fix it?
