Clearone MAX IP Conference issues

    We purchased a Clearone MAX IP Conference Phone. I have it connected and working with 3cx. It also is working with internal and external calls. My issue is when I go to make a conference, the first time I do so, I can pick my conference, once i do that, I can not confirm that I want to make a new conference. Also, once I do that, if I call 700 back, It will not accept any tones after I dial 700 and connect to the conference menu. It acts like it stops sending the tones to 3cx. The Phone has the newest firmware. Anyone have any ideas?

    Enclosed is an old guide from when we conducted an interop test. We did not experience that issue, please follow it carefully and let me know.
