Click to Call not working

    Since upgrading to the new version, our windows client has stopped working.
    We've all upgraded to the new version of that as well, reinstalled, uninstalled, reprovisioned, deleted completely, set up new extension, but still have not been able to call using it since.
    On the extension configuration, I set up the call control to be "IP Phone" just like how it was before but nothing happens once you click on a number in the client.
    Are there any specific settings that I am missing to get this going?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello @xeroendo

    Please clarify the following:
    When making a call, are you getting any error message?
    Is the extension/client registered or it's failing registration?
    Are you using the client in CTI mode to control an IP phone? If yes, does calling from the ip phone works?
