Client avilable , in 3CX he is not

    Good day,
    please check the attached snapshot , all my clients available in the clients PC and not on the 3CX server ?

    "Available" doesn't mean registered. You need to look over the logs and determine why the extensions are not registered.

    the below log im getting

    i dont know what is the issue ?

    ok i find it out

    from Extension , 3CXPhone Tap ,
    configure default phone to use in 3cxphone for windows , check it and select Inbuilt softphone
